RC10/55
Start in big layby on A484 west of Pembrey and just east of Penybedd crossroads. Proceed along A484 to turnaround at Parc Y Bocs roundabout top of Kidwelly by-pass. Retrace route to lower Kidwelly roundabout. Circle roundabout to turn back up to Parc Y Bocs roundabout top of Kidwelly by-pass. Retrace route to lower Kidwelly roundabout and straight on to finish opposite starting point at the big layby on "the flats".
Gower 9.5 M TT
Penclawdd.
RC9/1
Start at West End Playing Fields on B4295 in Penclawdd. Proceed along B4295 to junction with B4271. Turn left and proceed along B4271 to junction with Tirmynydd road. Turn left and proceed along to Three Crosses finish approx 70 yards west from junction with Chapel road in line with Lampost.

Start in small layby opposite 54, Lando Road on A484 in Pembrey. Proceed along A484 Kidwelly Flats to Parc y Bocs roundabout. Turn. Retrace A484 to junction with B4137. Turn left and proceed through Pinged to Junction with B4308. Turn left. Proceed to junction with A484 Kidwelly By Pass. Turn Left. Proceed along A484 to finish at pedestrian bollards just east of Maesybryn row of houses on A484.

Llangadog.
RC10/62
Start at end of the tarmacked layby on the westbound side of A40 in Llangadog. Grid Reference: SN 69268 28470. Proceed south west along A40 passing through Monordeilo and Rhosmaen to Llandeilo.
At Llandeilo (course turning point) encircle the roundabout (3rd exit) to retrace route north east via Rhosmaen and Manordeilo to finish approximately 0.1 miles short of the start.
Finish at drain approx 20 metres short of the “Red Kite Feeding Station” sign and opposite the driveway to the stone farmhouse.
